StrongerRx Worldwide ensures utmost satisfaction for our customers if any items come or become defective due to the manufacturing process. StrongerRx will communicate with you to provide 100% satisfaction guarantee.

All StrongerRx products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 60 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your sales receipt will be required in order to validate your purchase details.
This warranty does not cover damage that:
• occurs during transport
• results from misuse of the product,
• of normal wear and tear.
StrongerRx is not responsible for any costs, or damages incurred due to use of the product. Our liability extends to the original purchase and is limited only to the replacement of the defective product.
We will replace products we determine to be defective with an identical item or a substitute of similar value should the style returned no longer be available. At no time can we guarantee replacement of the style or color that you originally returned.
StrongerRx will not replace:
 • Merchandise obtained from a retailer. Please contact the retailer directly.
 • Damaged products due to abuse or negligence.
 • Products returned without proof of purchase.

FREIGHT COSTS

All shipping costs associated with the return of a product due to warranty are the responsibility of the consumer. StrongerRx is not responsible for products lost in transit. Proof of delivery rests with the customer and their carrier.
What is the return procedure?
A: Please email customer service at ( Info@StrongerRx.com )  to set up a return authorization.
Please make sure:(On Email)
• You provide original order number and or invoice.
• The item falls within 60 days of the date of purchase.
• You describe clearly the nature of the issue.
• You send a clear digital picture of the damaged product showing the defect.
One of our team members will evaluate and obtain approval to send out a special warranty link to obtain the replacement item. You will be notified by a team member when that happens. Please allow 14 days for the warranty department to receive and process your return. Some circumstances may take longer.
International Orders are also covered under the StrongerRx Worldwide Warranty.
