DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

StrongerRX is committed to providing superior level of service.  

By placing an order on this site you agree to the terms and conditions of StrongerRx Woldwide's shipping policy.

StrongerRX offers returns for all products. You may return your purchase within 20 days from receipt of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, StrongerRX cannot honor a refund request. This policy is strictly set forth to prevent wardrobing and return fraud.

Apparel returns can only be accepted if the original label/hang tag has not been removed.
All returns must be authorized.
To receive authorization for a return, you must email customer service at Info@StrongerRx.com

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Also include the original invoice with the returned item.
Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange.
We do not refund shipping costs that was incurred as it pertains to a third party carrier this also applies to any Free Shipping Promotion on any returns and or exchanges.

All returned Items will incur a 10% restocking fee.

In order to prevent internet fraud. The StrongerRx Group Is Not responsible for packages left at address’s given by customers after a confirmation has been established by the shipping carrier. As it is out of the control of StrongerRx after confirmation, Please refer to the shipping carrier to clarify delivery. You can email a StrongerRx Representative to locate your tracking number if a number was not automatically generated for you.

Clearance Items
All clearance items are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges).

International orders. Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

To bring you the lowest shipping cost. The defaulted shipping method on International Orders is First Class International. There is tracking via this method. Normally the tracking will be seen as long as the package is in the USA, once it leaves the borders there is no tracking. Packages are sent internationally everyday via this method. Please let us know if you would like to designate a different shipping service after your order is confirmed.

Please note: We are not responsible once packages are confirmed and leave the warehouse to an international or domestic destination. At time of shipment responsibility then lies with the buyer and delivery carrier. We are also not responsible for any VAT tax or custom duties charges that may occur when importing items to your country.

Refund and Exchange Process

Exchange Process

Wrong Size? No worries! Here is what you have to do when needing to exchange or swap an item:

1. Order the size or item you would like to exchange it to. On the comment section of the order, please put (Exchange Order) so the shipping team can reference the order.

2. Send the item back to the address below. To speed up your exchange refund write a note in the package saying: (Exchange Order I Repurchased Online)

3. When the shipping team receives the returned item at the center it will be processed for the item credit.

Refund Process

Need to return your item for whatever reason? Simply pack and send it back and follow the instructions below.

1. Print original Receipt/Invoice and write (Refund) as well as any feedback on the bottom of the Receipt/Invoice.

2. Place item and receipt in a package.

3. Send to the distribution center address below.

4. Once the shipping center receives it they will reference the invoice with your order and process refund according to the provided instructions. 

We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
